We founded lively.work with the clear purpose of achieving successful, sustainable and joyful working conditions in companies.

We define 'lively' as flexibility and taking over responsibility, working dynamic and most importantly authentic.

We almost all experienced frustration or discouragement at some point in our professional career. We might even have resigned, searched for better working conditions, and, in the end, we might just have found more or less the same than what we left.

There are solutions.

Imagine working in a company where both the management and the employees identify themselves with the company successes, where the purpose is clear and shared and where people in the consequence even make joy at work a culture.

In the long term, people will be happier, more efficient and productivity will increase.
