Our leadership training courses, created by a woman for women, combine : my experience in international project management and negotiation, recent scientific studies on the impact of gender bias, and the use of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops
The purpose of LEGO SERIOUS PLAY is to change “lean backward meetings” to “lean forward meetings”, where the result is more participation, more insights surfaced, sincere agreements and, ultimately, more commitment and faster implementations.
The LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method is a facilitated thinking, communication and problem solving technique for use with organisations, teams and individuals. It is a science-based process that draws on extensive research from the fields of business, organisational development, psychology and learning.
LEGO SERIOUS PLAY relies on the concept of “hand knowledge”, meaning that our hands know more than we realize, and guided construction with LEGO® bricks gives us access to this knowledge.

What is my purpose?
My name is Petra Hartmann-Quinet, I founded lively.work CONSULTING SARL
After 20 years of working as a senior leader in the construction industry (Foster + Partners in London, University Hospital Cologne), I now support companies who want to empower their female employees and women who aspire to progress in their professional careers.
As a female leadership consultant, I own a Certificate of Specialization in Leadership and Management, and certificates in Negotiation / Strategy Execution / Ethics, Leadership and Corporate Accountability, all issued by Harvard Business School online.
As a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, I use the method to guide my clients into refocusing on their business purpose and developing sustainable strategies.
