Female Leadership training program

Our training courses are designed to take into account the specific challenges that women face, based on recent research about often unconscious gender bias dynamics. The purpose of LEGO SERIOUS PLAY is to change “lean backward meetings” to “lean forward meetings”, where the result is more participation, more insights surfaced, sincere agreements and, ultimately, more commitment and faster implementations.
The LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method is a facilitated thinking, communication and problem-solving technique for use with organisations, teams and individuals. It is a science-based process that draws on extensive research from the fields of business, organisational development, psychology and learning.
LEGO SERIOUS PLAY relies on the concept of “hand knowledge”, meaning that our hands know more than we realize, and guided construction with LEGO® bricks gives us access to this knowledge.
We use this method to facilitate the creation of robust business strategies, ensure the strategic alignment and boost multidisciplinary collaboration. Every workshop is specifically designed for the challenges of the client.

What is our purpose?
My name is Petra Hartmann-Quinet, I founded lively.work CONSULTING SARL
After 20 years of working as a senior leader in the construction industry (Foster + Partners in London, University Hospital Cologne), I now support companies who want to strengthen their leaders for boosting collaboration and innovation to stabilize their long-term market place.
As a leadership consultant, I own a Certificate of Specialization in Leadership and Management, and certificates in AI for Leaders / Negotiation / Strategy Execution / Ethics, Leadership and Corporate Accountability, all issued by Harvard Business School online. I also have an Engineering Master degree as an Architect by the RWTH Aachen University.
As a certified LEGO SERIOUS PLAY facilitator, I use the method to guide my clients into developing sustainable strategies and align their execution.
I am particularly passionate about empowering women in leadership and helping organizations develop the human capabilities that will become even more important in the age of AI.
As a keynote speaker, I offer talks around Female Leadership / Ethical Leadership and Leadership in AI.
