Why investing in female leadership training?
Retaining, attracting female talent and creating a gender-inclusive culture is not only a good moral decision, it is also a strategic business decision.
Companies with a gender-inclusive culture are 60% more likely to increase their profits and productivity. They attract and retain talent more easily; they become more innovative (source: Women in Business and Management Report, ILO 2019).
What is unique in our training program?
Our leadership training courses, created by a woman for women, combine : my experience in international project management and negotiation, recent scientific studies on the impact of gender bias, and the use of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.
The courses are designed to take into account the obstacles that women face. They build self-confidence and develop the ability to deal with gender bias in everyday negotiations. Everyone affirms their identity as an authentic leader, inspiring confidence and commitment.
The LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method is used to facilitate exchanges in a protected space, while enhancing learning. It serves to strengthen self-awareness, enlarge vision and create a leader identity. No prior knowledge of building with LEGO® bricks is required.
